Hosting & website care

A clear plan for life after launch.

Your services change. Your website needs updates. Keep hosting, maintenance, and support connected, with direct access to the person who understands your site.

Keep the essentials in good hands.

Choose the care your website needs. These services are scoped around the platform, account access, and the way your business uses the site.

01 / Hosting

Website hosting & SSL

Set up and manage hosting and SSL for a supported website, with domain and account responsibilities made clear. We review the current setup before moving a site and agree on who handles renewals, access, and any third-party costs.

02 / Maintenance

Maintenance & content updates

Keep service descriptions, hours, photos, and contact details current. Technical updates depend on your platform; backup arrangements and checks after changes are agreed as part of the plan. New features, large page additions, and redesigns receive their own scope.

Plan your updates

03 / Monitoring

Website monitoring

Plan checks for availability, SSL expiry, and important pages or contact paths. We agree on the checks, their frequency, and who receives alerts. Monitoring helps flag a problem; investigation and repair depend on the cause and your support scope.

04 / Repairs

Help with a broken website

A form that stopped working, a broken layout, or a site that will not load needs a clear diagnosis. Send the website address and describe what changed. I review the platform and access needed, then outline a practical next step and estimate before repair work begins.

Describe the issue

05 / Support

Ongoing support plans

Have a clear way to request changes and ask questions after launch. Monthly support can bring hosting, SSL, maintenance, and updates together. Included work, request handling, response expectations, and additional charges are defined in your plan.

Know what is covered before you need it.

Start with your website, the accounts behind it, and the changes you expect to make. We identify the routine work, the important contact paths, and where outside providers are involved.

You receive an agreed scope for ongoing care or a focused estimate for a specific problem. Existing websites are assessed before taking on support.

A few questions about ongoing care.

A useful support plan starts with clear expectations. Tell me what you have now and what you want someone to take care of.

Can you support a website you did not build?

I can review the current website, platform, hosting, and available access first. That assessment determines whether ongoing support is a good fit or a focused repair or redesign is a better starting point.

Is every change included in a monthly plan?

Each plan defines the included updates and support. New functionality, extensive content work, migrations, and redesigns are quoted separately unless they are explicitly included in the agreed scope. See the website plans.

Does monitoring include immediate repairs?

Checks, alert handling, and response expectations are agreed in advance. A monitoring alert does not automatically include every repair; the cause, access needed, and support scope determine the next step.

Can hosting stay with my existing provider?

We can review that option. The provider, platform, account access, and changes required determine what can be supported without a move.

What should I send to get started?

Send your website address, the platform or hosting provider if you know it, and the updates or problems you need help with. You do not need to send account passwords with the inquiry.

Give your website a clear next step.

Tell me what needs attention, and we can work out the right scope.
